Gregory J. Vadnais (Owner)

Gregory J. Vadnais (Owner) - Mr. Vadnais is a retired Major General from the Army National Guard and commanded the 38th Infantry Division. Mr. Vadnais has over 34 years of experience in the exploration and production industry with a B.S. degree from Central Michigan University (1973) and is a graduate of the United States Army War College (1996). Land Manager Dart Oil & Gas Corporation, Executive Vice President Smith Petroleum Company, President and owner of Vadnais Energy Corporation. He has held several executive level positions within the Michigan Oil and Gas industry, and sat on numerous boards in both the civilian and military sectors. He has extensive experience in the acquisition of domestic oil and gas producing properties and development operations.

Scott D. Lampert (Owner)

Mr. Lampert is a founder-owner of the Company and a Petroleum Engineer. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri (Rolla, 1983) and has been actively involved in the industry since 1980. With 30 years of experience in Oil and Gas exploration and development, Mr. Lampert oversees operations in order to ensure optimum recovery of reserves. He bears joint responsibility with Mr. Vadnais for the development of Paxton Resources by identifying new business opportunities, financing new projects, potential business partners/investors and managing an aggressive growth strategy.

Mr. Lampert is on the Michigan Oil and Gas board of directors, and was nominated and is active Treasurer of the Michigan Oil and Gas Association (MOGA) in 2010. Voted businessman of the year 2004 (Gaylord Chamber of Commerce), Mr. Lampert also serves as Chairman of the Otsego Memorial Hospital Foundation board, and Vice-Chair of the University Center board as well as the Gaylord Sportsplex board. In 2010 Scott, and his wife Janice received the Presidents Award from the Gaylord Chamber of Commerce.
